Our boot is handmade with natural rubber and high quality components that are certified with the NFPA 1971-2007 standard. Our manual process combined with autoclave vulcanization makes this an excellent quality product under ISO 9001-2008 standards.
The internal design provides the comfort and safety that is required in the activities of firefighters.
• Color: Black with yellow markings.
• Weight: Tall: 3520 gr., Firemen average 13″.
Upper: In flame and heat resistant rubber, with insulating foam in RU (optional).
• Insole: 100% cotton expanded/padded rubber that does not produce a bad odor in periods of long use.
• Toe cap: In steel, complies with the EN 1 2568 standard, resists a compression force (of 222.5 N or 50 Ibf), and the impact of 102J.
• Steel Midsole: Puncture protection according to the requirements of NFPA 1971-2007.
• Cambrion: Metallic, provides stability when walking and standing on stairs, complies with NFPA 1971-2007.
• Sole: Molded or calendered in non-slip rubber.
• Heel: Molded in natural rubber and designed to absorb shock.
• Handles: In rubber.
