11 ft. (3.3mm) 1 in. (2.5cm) Nomex®/Kevlar® fiber webbing with swivel snap hook. A self retracting lifeline will extend as the user walks away, and automatically retract, allowing the user to move at normal speed within the recommended work zone. In the event of a fall, a speed-sensitive braking system is activated to arrest the fall and reduce the forces exerted on the user to safe levels.
