3M™ Tape 4016 is a 0.0625 in (1.6 mm) matte white, double-sided, open cell urethane foam tape that offers high shear resistance. It is ideal for applications such as mounting interior signage and nameplates in conjunction with soap dispensers and air fresheners.

3M™ Double Coated Urethane Foam Tape 4016 is a 1/16" thick tape manufactured with 3M™ Adhesive 100 for a strong, permanent bond that works with the open cell foam structure that produces strong resiliency. This tape offers an ideal solution for adhesion problems on various surfaces.This includes both indoor and outdoor applications where the tape will be protected from the environment.

This tape features a comfortable foam and adhesive combination that provides long-term hold in temperatures up to 220°F (104°C). Using a strong, green checkered, dense kraft paper liner, this tape gives you reliable performance for industrial applications such as die-cutting and automated dispensing. The coating also helps reduce edge roll and protects the tape from external moisture.
