Step One adhesive mats are made up of thin layers of adhesive-coated polyethylene film. Each adhesive layer removes and traps dust, dirt and other particles from shoes and cart wheels with each cleanroom entry. They work great in high traffic areas. Our Step One mats are designed to resist adhesive transfer, preventing delamination between sheets. To prevent distortion and slippage, the adhesive backing secures the mat to the floor. Each mat has thirty numbered, removable sheets for quick and easy maintenance. The edges are not beveled to ensure each sheet is free of contamination. The rugs are treated with an antimicrobial agent.
